Biosketch
Dr. Zelner is an Assistant Professor in the Management Area with the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He was recently a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley, and prior to that he was an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University. Dr. Zelner’s research interests and expertise include business-government relations, market-oriented policy reform, and infrastructure development. His research has been published in such journals as International Organization, American Sociological Review, Academy of Management Review, Industrial and Corporate Change, Strategic Organization, and Journal of Economics & Management Strategy. He is a member of the Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, American Economic Association, American Political Science Association, and the European Group for Organizational Studies. He was recently the first runner-up for the Eldridge Haynes Prize for the Most Promising Scholar(s) under Age 40, Academy of International Business.
