Biosketch

Prior to joining HECG, Steven worked as a Senior Consultant at Align/360, a consultancy derived from the Balanced Scorecard as a methodology for aligning business strategy and implementation. Prior to Align/360, Steven worked for Mainspring Communications, a recognized innovator in Internet strategy management consulting services. Overall responsibilities included managing the client relationships for Chase Manhattan Bank, The Hartford and New York Life.

Prior to Mainspring, Steven was part of the initial team responsible for launching and establishing The Registry/Renaissance Worldwide, as a major New York metropolitan area, professional services technology consulting firm. While at the Registry/Renaissance Worldwide, key accomplishments included designing and launching an Internet consulting service offering. These services positioned the organization as the premier provider of full life cycle in-sourcing and outsourcing Internet consulting services. This resulted in establishing a client portfolio that included: Prodigy Services Company, Physicians Online, Delphi Internet, Conde’ Nast, The News Corporation, Fox News Online, Elsevier Science, Meca Software, Modem Media, The Mining Company/About.com, McCaan Erickson, J.Walter Thompson, DMBB, Thomson Interactive Newspapers, Smartmoney Interactive, Swiss Bank, Citibank, Pfizer and Viacom.

Prior to The Registry/Renaissance Worldwide, Steven held a position as Corporate Director of Marketing with a major national healthcare financial service firm after serving a variety of management positions for a national recruitment- advertising agency. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Communications, as well as a minor in the Sociology of Mass Media, from Boston University.
